Road Marking Die Shoe

The marking mold shoe is an integral part of the thermoplastic marking machine. The marking mold shoe determines the quality of the marking line, such as marking width, marking thickness and line flatness. The width of the marking shoes varies from 50mm to 550mm. The die shoes with a width less than 300mm are equipped with a single handle. The die shoes with a width of more than 300mm are equipped with double handles. In addition, double-line marking mold shoes are also provided.

Compared with single handle road marking die shoe, double handle die shoe is equipped with a spring which can reduce the burden when lifting the die shoe. Double line road marking die shoe, which can mark two lines at the same time, is also available.
